Our service is an optional service for anyone who does not want to handle the cumbersome process themselves. We charge a fee for the time saved, the digital processing of your request, and the legally compliant transmission report. It’s comparable to tax software: You can file your return yourself for free—or use a service that does the work for you.
After submitting your application, you will receive an invoice via email—due within 14 days and payable by bank transfer. No risk of paying in advance, no subscription, no hidden costs. For landlords, the most relevant information is primarily outstanding negative entries and the base score.
SCHUFA carefully verifies your information (name, date of birth, address) against its database. A credit report is only generated if there is a clear match. If there are any discrepancies—for example, after you’ve moved—SCHUFA will contact you directly. This ensures that sensitive financial information is sent only to you.
For security reasons, SCHUFA sends the completed credit report exclusively by mail to your verified registered address. This helps protect against identity theft. However, we operate entirely digitally: you avoid all the paperwork involved in the initial process.
